Whaley House

The transformation of The Beautiful Whaley House was truly remarkable and LPC Projects was proud to play a significant role in making it happen. From its humble origins as a surf cottage, the property was completely reimagined and renovated to create a beautiful and functional living space.

We added a deck to the upper level of the home, providing a space for outdoor relaxation and entertainment with stunning views of the surrounding area. Inside, we conducted extensive renovations to the kitchen, lounge area, and bedrooms to create a comfortable and stylish living environment.

We also transformed the lower-level studio into a versatile space that could be used as a guest suite, a home office, or a media room.

The outdoor area was also given a new lease on life, with updated alfresco and landscaping that further complemented the home's unique coastal charm. Finally, we re-roofed the entire house, ensuring that the property was not only beautiful but also structurally sound.
