With Major renovations including constructing a deck to the upper level of the home and other external alterations to allow for entertaining overlooking the beautiful view.
Internal renovations including upgrading the kitchen, living and bathroom on the upper level and constructing a lower level studio.

All about our Whaley Job:
The transformation of The Beautiful Whaley House was truly remarkable and LPC Projects was proud to play a significant role in making it happen. From its humble origins as a surf cottage, the property was completely reimagined and renovated to create a beautiful and functional living space.
We added a deck to the upper level of the home, providing a space for outdoor relaxation and entertainment with stunning views of the surrounding area. Inside, we conducted extensive renovations to the kitchen, lounge area, and bedrooms to create a comfortable and stylish living environment.
We also transformed the lower-level studio into a versatile space that could be used as a guest suite, a home office, or a media room.
The outdoor area was also given a new lease on life, with updated alfresco and landscaping that further complemented the home's unique coastal charm. Finally, we re-roofed the entire house, ensuring that the property was not only beautiful but also structurally sound.
The result was a stunning renovation that exceeded the expectations of the homeowner and brought new life to this beautiful coastal property.
